Yes, you can reserve any of our tours online: Custom Rides, Classic Rides, Night Rides, Family-Friendly Rides, and Solo Rides. We also provide Gift Cards.

We do not allow dogs on our Sedona MTB Tours. However, there is no additional charge for dogs on our Custom Hikes, Classic Hikes, Solo Hikes, and Moonlight Hikes and they're welcome on each of those outings. Please note, we cannot accept dogs on our Large Group Experiences (15+ Hikers) due to park regulations in Red Rock State Park.

Our Sedona MTB Tours can take a maximum of 14 riders out on each outing. However, our Private Red Rock Group Experiences would be an excellent hiking option for satisfying your groups adventure interests.

Our Sedona MTB tours have access to all the trails surrounding and through Sedona's 4 vortex sites. We would recommend reserving a Custom Ride and letting us know of your interests in exploring vortex areas during your ride when you book online or over the phone. Our Candyland Loop (2HR) and Red Rock Country Loop (3HR) would allow your guide to create some exceptionally scenic rides through these sacred areas. Our Ring Around the Red Rocks (5HR) would allow you to visit two separate rides through vortex areas at your request. Riders must be at least 3 foot 9 inches tall to rent  bikes. If you will be using your own bikes, we require riders to be at least six years old to attend our tours, clinics, and private lessons. The maximum age for our Sedona MTB tours is 65 years old, but exceptions can be made at the discretion of our staff. Exceptions will be made in conjunction with the safety of the trail conditions present at the time of your proposed ride and your experience level as a MTB rider. Securing safe experiences for each of our clients is our highest priority.

Most definitely!! Our Family-Friendly Rides are the perfect selections for creating unforgettable MTB experiences with your children in Sedona. To rent bikes, your kiddos just have to be at least 3 foot 9 inches tall or six years old to attend our MTB tours. 

Please be aware, there is no age limit for our Sedona Hiking Tours. We can provide car seats (by request) for children of all ages, Osprey Poco Plus Kids Carrying Packs, and we specialize in creating memorable family experiences for the littlest ones. For our hikes, we highly recommend our Custom Two Hour: Sedona Explorer or Three Hour: Guided Expedition as the best family choices for tours. 

If you're visiting during the warmer months, our Night Rides & Moonlight Hikes are perfect for enjoying the best temperatures of the day, seeing interesting creatures of the desert, and venturing into darkness for an epic sunset and night biking/hiking adventure your children will never forget!! Headlamps, helmet lamps, bike lights, black lights, and night vision & thermal vision will allow you to take your Sedona adventure vacation to another level.

Our guides are capable of providing sherpa services, if you wish to pack lighter to cover more miles and terrain. We've got you covered and will gladly take the weight or help carry your heavier gear like tripods, drones, etc!!

Our guides provide full transport for your private group and will pick-up from your lodging within Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and Village of Oak Creek. If you're staying out of the region, we can organize a central meeting location for us to pick you up, to reduce our parking impacts on trailhead parking lots. We drive 12 passenger vans and can transport up to 24 bikes in one go!

Unless otherwise specially noted by your guide or our staff; your guide will always meet you at the Valet/Arrivals Area of your resort.  For Airbnb, we will meet you at your residence. Our guides vehicles will be clearly marked with signs for Trail Lovers Excursions. If arriving from out of town, we will meet you at a pre-determined centrally located public parking area in Sedona, and then provide transportation to the trails from there to reduce our impacts on Sedona's trailhead parking lots. 

If you wish to split your charges for your private tours, please contact us prior to booking, and we can manually generate your deposit and reservation over the phone. We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards for Payment. Gratuities are not included in the price of our tours and are accepted by our guides if you enjoyed your experience.

During the summer time we highly recommend our Night Rides or later availabilities to avoid the heat and capture the best temperatures of the day. In the Spring and Fall, we advise our earliest morning availabilities for the best temperatures. We suggest Night Rides for the best solitude, most opportunities to see desert creatures, and best photographs.

Absolutely!! Our standard outing start times have been strategically chosen to maximize your potential bike rentals durations. However,  if you would like to adjust your outing start time, please call us at (928)239-3638, Extension 2 (Mountain Biking), or email us at Reservations@TrailLovers.com. We will do our best to meet all special requests for time changes given our guide and MTB rental availabilities.

Our Two Hour, Three Hour, and Five Hour Rides come with healthy packaged snacks including: granola bars, beef jerky, almond butter, fruit leather, fruit bards, mixed nuts, applesauce, trail cookies, electrolyte powders, and bottled water. Additionally, our Five Hour Rides come with two seasonal fruits and fresh made wraps for your group to share at the most beautiful stops along the trails.

Our Sedona MTB rides can range from: Easy, Moderate, Challenging, and Expert level difficulty. Although our staff shares an incredible love for both climbing and canyoneering through Sedona, we do not lead any form of climbing, or canyoneering activities for profit of any kind. Our tours are hiking inspired adventures through some of the most beautiful, inspiring, and seldom explored wilderness areas in Sedona. Our Night Rides are a perfect way to avoid the summertime heat, capture sunset photography, see unique desert creatures, and enjoy the best solitude of the day. Our guides provide headlamps, bike lights, and helmet lights, while tours depart about one hour prior to sunset. This allows you to capture sunset from the most spectacular part of the ride. This experience can offer incredible photo opportunities of unique desert creature and our guides will provide night vision technology to help you see through the darkness for up to 400 yards away.
